How long does the TempShield™ insulation keep my drinks cold or hot?
Our double-wall, vacuum-insulated TempShield™ technology ensures beverages stay icy cold for up to 24 hours and piping hot for up to 12 hours, depending on the specific product and lid type.
What is covered under the Hydro Flask Lifetime Warranty?
We take pride in our products. Hydro Flask offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, including insulation issues and the loss of vacuum seal. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as dents and scratches, are not covered.
Are Hydro Flask products BPA-free and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our products are BPA-free and phthalate-free. Most of our newer powder-coated bottles are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend checking the product care instructions on the bottom of your flask to ensure its longevity.
What is your return policy for online orders?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
